1. Fill 3/4 the steamer with water and bring to boil.
2. Oil the perforated trays and place the momos.
3. Steam for 5 minutes
IMPORTANT TIP :
MAKE SURE TO PLACE THE FOLDED SIDE DOWN FOR BETTER RESULTS
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on a non-stick pan.
2. Place momos and fry till base is golden brown.
3. Place 4 tbsp water, cover pan and heat for 4 minutes.
4. Let water evaporate , remove cover and cook untill base is brown and crispy.
Add momos in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes untill golden brown and crispy.
